We utilise the HICAPS On-The-Spot claims system to allow us to claim your rebate from your health fund on your behalf, to make it easy, fast and convenient. This means you only pay the GAP AMOUNT and don’t have to take a receipt to your health fund to claim.
Your Chinese Medicine Practitioner can only provide estimates based on their findings at the consultation stage. Your body and constitution have their unique structure and different people react differently to a treatment. As such, treatment time may vary if further complications occur when the procedure is being undertaken. Full payment is required on the day.

Patients with OTHER PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE providers and PATIENTS WITH NO PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE will be charged the YiYuan AcuTherapy scheduled fees as above. If you want to know the costs of treatment before you are treated, please ask your Acupuncturist to provide this at the initial consultation appointment. Alternatively, visit us in person to swipe your private health fund to print the quote of your gap amount (Medibank members only). Please note that our HICAPS cannot show your remaining cost of benefits.
